Q. I cant track my order whats going on? My tracking number dose not work.
A. Please wait a few days for the system to update with your tracking information. Once updated you can track your order.
Q. I tracked my item and the status has not changed in a wile now. Whats going on?
A. This most likely means your order has skipped a scan in transit. Don't worry it will update at the next scan.
Q. What dose origin post preparing shipment mean?
A. It can mean a number of things. Usually it means your order is moving through China to export port. Your order status will change once it arrive to your country.
Q. Its been 3 weeks and my order still has not arrived. Whats going on?
A. Most order will arrive withing 3 weeks. However their are things out of our control such as weather, customs, or inspection of parcels. Don't worry your order will arrive soon. In the unlikely event your order fails to arrive 60 days from order date you will be refunded or offered to have it reshipped with complimentary E-Cig or Juice.
Q. My C4 E-cig wont work.
A. try troubleshooting. Press the button 5 times fast to turn on the E-Cig. The press and hold button wile inhaling. If this fails contact support.
