Our Policies 
30 Day Guarantee: This is offered in good faith. We guarantee the quality of our E Cigarettes backed with our 30 day guarantee. This covers faulty E Cigarettes only and not Cartridges, Accessories or E-Juice. In most cases we will only need a picture of the faulty item. In some cases we will need the faulty item sent in. 
Refund: A refund will be granted in the event that an item fails to arrive or arrives faulty. You will have the option to have your order resent or accept a full refund minus 10% for shipping (Note no refund will be given until 60 days from order date) This refund applies only in part if using the budget shipping method. Budget shipping does not include tracking or insurance.
Shipping: Order shipping times can vary depending on geological location, weather, customs or other factors out of our control. We have est Shipping times when checking out. These are only estimates. They are to be treated as a guide. If an order fails to arrive the order will be resent or refunded. We do guarantee that you will receive your order.
